<p>在中国，蛋黄酥是一款面包店常见的糕点，中秋节吃月饼，但也有一些北方地区会吃蛋黄酥来过节。而蛋黄酥在日常生活中，也是到处可见的一款糕点。外层酥脆的表皮，里面满满的豆沙馅和蛋黄，顿感满足。</p>



<p>外层的酥脆，是由于油皮和油酥的混合，通过多层翻转堆叠，才有层层的酥脆。</p>

<p>如果是做兔子饼干，那就更加容易了，不需要分那么多份可可面团，只需要把熊猫饼干配方里面的可可面团和黄油面团，都和在一起整黄油面团即可，再切分成3份，组建兔子的脸部即可。</p>

<p>以前上学住宿的时候，妈妈要求我每天吃一个苹果，导致我后期特别不喜欢吃苹果。但是有次为了消耗家里的苹果，就思索着可以做点什么甜品，于是找到了很好吃的苹果派！不仅好吃，而且颜值又高。</p>



<p>我是不会主动买苹果的，这也是我其实只做过那么一两次来吃，但真的很美味~！</p>



<p>用料需要区分：饼皮和馅料；以下维6寸苹果派的用料。</p>

<p>之前有一段时间特别喜欢软欧包，內里的软糯口感，中间可放自己喜欢的坚果、果干，一口咬下去，满满的馅料，也特别好吃，而且颜值又好看，这是属于一款既美味又好看的面包。</p>



<p>但是当时还没买面包机，只靠手工揉面，我还是做了多次，可见我对软欧包的喜爱。虽说现在有了面包机，按理说应该更加简单，但是软欧包的做法稍微有些许麻烦，后面我就没做过了。</p>

<li>模具问题：建议用纸杯，如果用模具，记得再旁边涂上黄油，方便脱模。</li>



<li>巧克力：理论上什么巧克力都可以，但如果用牛奶巧克力的话，注意减糖。</li>



<li>爆浆问题：如果没有爆浆，那就是烘烤时间太久了，烤熟透了，可减少烘烤时间。</li>

<p>自从有了面包机之后，做面包已经成为家里的常态，翻看相册，才发现有这么多的吐司图~~</p>



<p>另外，可将部分高筋面粉换成全麦粉，也可以添加自己喜欢的坚果、蔓越莓果干等，超级好吃~</p>



<p>中间可涂花生酱，或加入鸡胸肉、鸡蛋和番茄酱做三明治等，也是常规搭配了。</p>
