<li>模具问题：建议用纸杯，如果用模具，记得再旁边涂上黄油，方便脱模。</li>



<li>巧克力：理论上什么巧克力都可以，但如果用牛奶巧克力的话，注意减糖。</li>



<li>爆浆问题：如果没有爆浆，那就是烘烤时间太久了，烤熟透了，可减少烘烤时间。</li>



<li>是否需要冷藏：可热吃，或冷藏 30 分钟再吃也不错。</li>
