<p>在中国，蛋黄酥是一款面包店常见的糕点，中秋节吃月饼，但也有一些北方地区会吃蛋黄酥来过节。而蛋黄酥在日常生活中，也是到处可见的一款糕点。外层酥脆的表皮，里面满满的豆沙馅和蛋黄，顿感满足。</p>



<p>外层的酥脆，是由于油皮和油酥的混合，通过多层翻转堆叠，才有层层的酥脆。</p>

<p>注意烘烤的时间一定得足够，不然水分含量大，影响保质期，第二天外表皮就软了。</p>
